2019-2020 Payment Schedule and Fees

We remain committed to providing our members with a concerted effort of training and playing on as high a level as possible. In order to maintain our standard, cooperation in agreement between each of us, parents, players, and club, is vital. Our focus is on consistency in approach to the development and growth of every person we encounter. It is a practiced discipline that says we will be our best when we freely engage with and command the best of one another. In turn, the game, the club, the team, our opponent, and each of us, will demonstrate the respect we all unwittingly seek. This is the standard by which the Barbarian FC abide. This is what is incumbent on each of us who are Barbarians.

Time frames are not arbitrary but rather guidelines by which we meet our obligations. The significance is that your ability to communicate freely with us can enable our ability to meet our obligations or make the necessary adjustments to remain in good stead with our vendors. We appreciate and understand the human condition, and are approachable via email or text and on occasion after training concludes. Please refrain from engaging any coach during matches and training sessions and by all means refrain from engaging them following a match. It is a courtesy that we need in order to process and accomplish our objectives and that buffer helps us in our development.   

Following is the schedule of payment that we ask you to maintain throughout the season. You will also need to complete the request for information forms that will help our effort in staying organized. While we seek all of the information be submitted in a timely manner prior to our start,  among the needed information first and foremost is the Training Survey, which must be completed by September 15 so that we can assign your personal training schedule for at least the first month. We understand that all schedules are subject to change and it is important for you to closely adhere to yours. We ask that you only submit one form per each player initially and always appreciate your cooperation.
