We appreciate the understanding by which all are welcomed to the Club. Common courtesy and Common sense empower each of us and enables us to achieve success in our growth and development as people. Anyone who trains in the Barbarian FC does so with the understanding that they will not enter or play futsal with any other group during the season for any reason.
The effort spent by our staff commands no less. The time it takes to have players comprehend our style, would be obviously impacted less if this is the only place they train, however, we all know that is not the case. Compounding the matter is that most everyone is coming from the outdoor perspective, and while most are decent outdoor, they are clueless when it comes to futsal and more specifically our style of play. Hence we are up against it when it comes to having the type of cohesiveness that we strive for otherwise.
Several of you have submitted your Training Survey but may have errorred in your approach. We know that schedules change and we have adapted our scheduling accordingly. While we appreciate you updating your Survey as needed, we are targeting specific dates, that you find on the calendar, for you to do so and realize when your ITP or IEP will be amended. Of course, those who are just beginning their training need to submit their Training Survey immediately. They will be assigned accordingly. When submitting your various Surveys and availability information please do not assume that it is OK for you to then show up, or that a change is imminent. We will let you know when and where you will be.
It is imperative that each of you complete the various Surveys and availability request we provide under the My Stuff dropdown on our website. We do not want to leave anyone out from the selection process because they have not submitted the requested information in a timely manner. It makes everything function more smoothly and permits us to spend time where all will be better served!
In an era seemingly all about ‘me’, the Barbarian FC embody and remain committed to the commonality of, ‘we’.
