The state Cup committee in conjunction with Dr. Conti, the PA West Medical Director, are monitoring the spread of Covid and the increase numbers across Allegheny county. With this in mind, the following guidelines will be in place during the tournament.
1) Regardless of vaccination status, MASKS will be required in the building at all times, except, when engaged in active play. This includes, coaches, players, spectators, referees and tournament staff. Failure to adhere to this mask policy will result in removal from the building. If you feel you can not comply with this we (they) will arrange for video feed to enjoy the game from outside the building. Players engaged in active play are those players on the court playing, on the bench will need to wear a mask.
2) Spectators will be limited to 2 spectators per player. Coaches will be responsible for monitoring the number of spectators per player and anyone over 2 will be asked to leave the building.
3) All teams must exit the building upon completion of their games, please do not remain in the building if it is not your designated game time. We (they) are attempting to reduce the number of people in the building at all times. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your game time.
We will be submitting rosters by Monday for our teams (2004B, 2006B, 2011B, 2013B, 2004G, 2010G). If you are not comfortable complying to these guidelines, please let us know ASAP (manager@barbarianfutsal.com) so we can adjust our rosters to avoid your inclusion if necessary.
